SMS &Email Terms — Lumerval

SMS Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via checkbox, keyword, or web form), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Lumerval, including new-product announcements, promotions, restock alerts, order updates, subscription reminders, abandoned-cart reminders, and customer service follow-ups, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to purchase goods or services from Lumerval.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 4–10 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during promotional periods. Transactional messages are sent as needed to process your order.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Lumerval is not responsible for carrier charges.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Lumerval SMS. You will receive a final confirmation message. After that, you will not receive further marketing SMS unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data.

Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)

By providing your email and opting in, you consent to receive marketing email from Lumerval. Every marketing email contains an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom. You may also email info@lumerval.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

State-Specific Telemarketing Notice

Lumerval endeavors to comply with the federal TCPA and applicable state telemarketing laws, including the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act. Responses to keywords such as HELP and STOP, and transactional messages sent with your prior express invitation, do not constitute telephonic sales calls.
