Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Lumerval Terms &  Conditions and apply to all auto-ship enrollments.

Enrollment and Express Consent

When you click “Subscribe,” “Start Subscription,” or a similar button, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the following disclosures and affirmatively agree to them:

  • Product(s) being shipped.
  • Recurring price per shipment (including estimated tax and shipping).
  • Shipping frequency (e.g., every 30 days).
  • That your payment method will be automatically charged each cycle until you cancel.
  • How to cancel (see below).

After enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation with these terms and a link to manage your subscription.

Billing and Renewal

  • Your first shipment is billed at checkout.
  • Each renewal is billed on the renewal date at the then-current price (any promotional-to-standard step-up is disclosed at sign-up).
  • A reminder email is sent before each renewal.
  • Failed payments: we will retry up to three times over seven days. If still unsuccessful, your subscription pauses until you update your payment method.

Cancellation — Simple, One-Step

You may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty. Cancellation is as easy as signing up.

  • Account dashboard: log in at lumerval.com and click “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel.”
  • SMS: reply STOP to any subscription SMS reminder.
  • Email: send a cancellation request to info@lumerval.com.

We will process cancellations promptly. A cancellation received before your renewal date stops future billing. A cancellation received after the renewal date applies to the following cycle; the in-process order cannot be stopped but may qualify for return under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first-order only).

Pause, Skip, Change Frequency

From your account dashboard you can pause your subscription, skip the next shipment, change the ship date, change the product, or change the frequency. These options do not require contacting customer service.

Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the change becomes effective. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Only your first order of a given product is eligible for a refund under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Subsequent shipments are not refundable;you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Promotional Offers

Trial, discounted, or promotional subscription offers clearly disclose the promotional price, the price you will be charged after the promotional period, and the renewal schedule. You must cancel before the promotional period ends if you do not want to be charged the standard price.
